  • How long is the commitment?

    You will initially sign a 12-week contract with renewal options towards the end of your active contract.

  • How will you prioritize me as a client?

    I work privately with each and every client. We meet one-on-one via zoom/facetime when needed or bi-weekly. You will have access to me as your coach and confidant at all times via the Slack app, our group Facebook page for clients only and through email allowing for a quick response to any questions that may arise.

  • Can I do this at home?

    Yes! All of my training is offered in the comfort of your own home, or the gym you attend. I will create the workouts around the equipment available to you.

  • Do you offer just nutrition coaching or just personal training?

    I do! When choosing your package you will let me know if you want one or the other, or both.

    Fit & Fuel = both personal training and nutrition coaching.

  • What if I don't know how to properly perform the moves?

    Great question! Each workout you receive will be accompanied by a video of me demonstrating the move for you with proper form. In our initial meeting you will also undergo a couple quick assessments so I can assess your over and underactive muscles and create your programming around this to best avoid injury.

  • I recently had a major surgery, do I need doctor clearance before we can work together?

    Yes. If you are newly postpartum, have had prior knee injuries, asthma or any recent major surgery or medical event, I will need clearance from your surgeon and/or primary care provider prior to beginning our training program.
