As a client of mine you will receive relentless accountability, consistent communication and personalized and periodized programming based on your specific goals.

In the Fit & Fuel and Fit packages you will receive a weekly schedule with four personalized workouts a week based on your goals. Each workout will be roughly 45 minutes in length and designed around the equipment you have available to you. Each workout includes: video demonstration with proper form and important concepts to avoid injury, exercise modification and email guidance as needed.

The Fit & Fuel and Fuel packages each include comprehensive nutritional counseling as the backbone of your success is based on your diet. As a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach my ultimate goal will be to share with you all of my knowledge pertaining to dietetics.

You will track your food consumption for three days, from there I will give you thorough feedback and we will adjust your macros accordingly based on your goals, current stats and current caloric intake. These will continue to be adjusted as needed based on your goals and progress towards them. Weekly we will cover a new topic ranging from macronutrients to nutrient timing and creating a balanced plate. I will give you endless advice on creating a healthy (and budget friendly) meal plan for both you and your family, tips on staying nourished with a busy schedule and ultimately improving your relationship with food.

Once you schedule your free consult, we will meet and discuss your health history, your goals how I can help and which package is ideal for you.

I require each client to sign a 12 week contract. Once that is signed and we have met via zoom to get to know each other, I will begin working on your personalized and periodized programming.

Each Sunday you will receive your personalized weekly content in our app by 12am PST.

Access to my exercise library that demonstrates each and every move included in your training. Feedback on your three-day food diary, starting macronutrient calculations and adaptations as needed throughout your program as we get closer to your goals, weekly nutritional content to ensure you’re learning along the way and relentless accountability including as needed zoom calls and 24/hour chat through my full access app!
